Ive been an educator for 27 years, first as a teacher, and then as an administrator, but Ive been a taxpayer for 29 years. Our last public hearing on this issue drew mostly supporters although they too were not in favor of every aspect of the proposal. These values include adherence to the Constitution according to its original intent and a commitment to promoting positive social and moral values.
